DISC GOLF – FAMILY FUN – CAMPING

Introducing the inaugural Woodlands Chuckfest Disc Golf Festival. Chuckfest is a family fun day to celebrate the beautiful disc golf course at the Woodlands Nature Reserve in Charleston, SC. The Woodlands Nature Reserve 18-hole course features generous fairways and is suitable for all skill levels. Several holes offer multiple routes to the basket.

The Woodlands Chuckfest is a fun family event and will include several other great features:

  • Music

  • Glow disc golf – As the sun sets, the targets will be illuminated for casual glow golf.

  • Combat archery – Sign up for family fun with combat archery, a high energy game that is best described as dodgeball with bows and FOAM-TIPPED arrows (and paintball masks for safety).Your 1-hour game includes shooting instructions (arrive a few minutes early to receive instructions prior), target practice and as many games as can be crammed into the hour. Fun for ages 8+ and adults can play against kids. Getting hit does not hurt like a paintball and many people can catch the arrows being shot at them. And in true dodgeball fashion, that means the shooter is out and a dead player is brought back into the game. If getting shot at isn’t high on your list, you can spend your time simply shooting at our targets.

  • Scavenger hunt – Our app-based scavenger hunt around the property will keep the whole family entertained and puzzling. $10 per family/group playing.

  • Camping – Spend the day then spend the night glamping in the Zun tent cabins, or camping in the lakeside primitive sites.

  • Food truck – Enjoy a taste of the Philippines and Puerto Rico with 2 Islands 1 Truck.

  • Beer on tap – the action will get hot so cool down with local brews.

  • All events are spaced out and we ask everyone to follow the Covid-19 guidelines.
